Free Weights
Body Builders Dream. It's like having your own personal gym with all the latest equipment. We feature Hammer Strength and Cybex equipment along with a hugh selection of free weights. Build the body you want fast with all the right equipment. Remember your gym is open 24 hours.

Treadmills, Ellipitcals, Steppers, Bikes. No waiting. New equipment. Watch TV while the pounds come off. Not sure how to use a piece of equipment? No problem, ask any of our professional staff members and they will show you how to use it. One of things you need to do to lose weight is just step in our gym, we will help you achieve results. Our Women Only Progran is called Shapemakers for Women. We use our very successful weight management program, Shape Up For Life, to get the real results you want.
